breakfast-nothing 
Lunch-french fries
Dinner-rice,eggs,salami,and ham


What is my reaction to what we learned about food today?
My reaction to what we learned was that I have found your post interesting because it talked about different foods and what they're made of such as the ingredients and how they affect your body.also,I learned about what chicken mcnuggets are made of and what they put in them.finally,I figured out how different types of foods can make you either fat or skinny and if they have good fat or bad fat.
