Dr. Jamila: first thoughts

what I ate today: 
Breakfast- yogurt, juice box☺️
Lunch-
Dinner-

What is my reaction to what we learned about food today?
When I watched the video about chicken nuggets I was scared and I said to my self I would never eat them 😳 because they had all nasty part of a chicken all blended together , and also I will no longer eat Doritos because it had to much preservatives and fat😟but now I know what's healthy for me😇
