What I ate today:
Breakfast- Bowl of Kellogg's Special K yogurt cereal with cup of organic whole milk
Lunch- Bulgogi (korean beef) with whole grain rice and onions, can of ginger ale
Snack: Doritos
Dinner: TBD
After looking up the ingredients in the food I've eaten so far, corn was in my cereal, ginger ale and Doritos in the form of corn, corn oil, corn syrup, and corn flour.
