Breakfast- Plain bagel toasted, small orange juice with pulp
Lunch- Spaghetti with tomato sauce, glass of milk
Dinner- Raw tuna with avocado, pork with potatoes, cinnamon bun, glass of water

Sunday, February 15, 2015
Breakfast- Dannon strawberry yogurt, glass of milk
Lunch- Salad with avocado and chicken, raspberry dressing, glass of water
Dinner- 2 slices of pizza, can of ginger ale

Monday, February 16, 2015
Breakfast- Homefries, bacon, small orange juice with pulp
Lunch- Nothing
Dinner- Korean beef stew, bowl of white rice, glass of water

Tuesday, Feburary 17, 2015
Breakfast- Croissant, glass of milk
Lunch- Left-over korean beef stew, bowl of white rice, can of ginger ale
Dinner- Spaghetti with tomato sauce, glass of milk

Wednesday, February 18, 2015
Breakfast- Nothing
Lunch- Pulled pork sliders, shrimp and grits, glass of water
Dinner- Nothing

Thursday, February 19, 2015
Breakfast- Chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles, glass of milk
Lunch- Xiao long bao (soup dumplings), shanghai fried rice, can of ginger ale
Dinner- Pulled pork sliders, garlic fries, glass of water

Friday, February 20, 2015
Breakfast- Croissant, glass of milk
Lunch- Salad with avocado and chicken, raspberry dressing, glass of water
Dinner- Pad thai, shrimp rolls, can of ginger ale

So far, I think my food is a mix of the industrial food chain, industrial organic and maybe local sustainable? I buy most of my food from the super market, not farmer's markets because there aren't any near where I live.
