The benefits do not outweigh the risk because the risk are important. As I found in the text "meat is now cheap". This shows how farmers don't have to grow crops no more. The good don't outweigh the bad since "7% of kids ages 6-19 are obese". This shows how cheap meat lets people buy more of it therefore them becoming obese. We eat too much. This risk outweigh the benefits because saving money dosent go over life.
